The Romans put a lot of thought and time into their clothing and hair. The men wore a toga and leather sandals. The women wore a toga, sandals, false or died hair, and jewelry. The Roman women curled their hair into tight ringlets. The girls wore a second tunic that went to their ankles or feet when outside. The boys wore tunics to their knee's with patterned or colored hems. Once the boys became men they only wore white. The styles of the Roman's show importance, avalabilty, and age.
